Interior Design - Conceptualization

L'étude

« L’étude » is the conceptualization of the project, from blank canvas to the detailed technical drawing and SPECS. The process is divided in three phases: Intial Consultation, Premiliminary Design and Design Development. After the introduction with the client and understanding their needs, we propose alternative solutions until we reach an agreement on the final proposal. All the documents needed are then produced to plan the realization and estimate the final construction cost.

Planning - Supervision

For the project to be fluid from start to finish, time is taken to prepare a thorough schedule with the general contractor to coordinate all trades. During construction we carefully monitor and supervise the process of all parties contributing to the project. Visits and weekly report are established to stay on schedule and meet the deadline. Verification of measurements, placement of elements, products, materials and equipment are made to ensure the construction is leading towards the respected design. We validate according to the plans to guarantee quality of finishes in the rules of art.
